250<\/span>\uff09\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e1a\u4e3b\u6cd5\u4eba\u56e2\u4f53\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u201c\u7269\u4e1a\u201c\uff09\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u7269\u4e1a\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u7ae0\u4e2d\u4e00\u9879\u5168\u9762\u7981\u6b62\u4e1a\u4e3b\u9972\u517b\u4efb\u4f55\u5ba0\u7269\u6216\u52a8\u7269\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86<span>2015<\/span>\u5e74\u300a\u5206\u5c42\u6237\u578b\u6240\u6709\u6743\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300b\uff08<span>the \u539f\u544a\u5e93\u73c0\u592b\u5987\u4e8e<span>2014<\/span>\u5e74\u524d\u540e\u8d2d\u4e70\u4e86\u5927\u697c\u5185\u7684\u4e00\u5904\u516c\u5bd3\u5355\u5143\u6210\u4e3a\u4e1a\u4e3b\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u62e5\u6709\u4e00\u53ea<span>13<\/span>\u5c81\u7684\u6635\u79f0\u201c\u5b89\u683c\u65af\u201d\u7684\u5c0f\u96ea\u7eb3\u745e\u5ba0\u7269\u72ac\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5176\u5e26\u5165\u516c\u5bd3\u5185\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e3e\u52a8\u906d\u5230\u4e86\u5927\u697c\u7269\u4e1a\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u53cd\u5bf9\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u539f\u544a\u5148\u540e\u4e8e<span>2015<\/span>\u5e74\u548c<span>2018<\/span>\u5e74\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e1a\u4e3b\u56e2\u4f53\u5927\u4f1a\u4e0a\u8bd5\u56fe\u8054\u5408\u5176\u4ed6\u4e1a\u4e3b\u63d0\u51fa\u52a8\u8bae\u5e9f\u9664\u6216\u8005\u4fee\u6539\u7981\u6b62\u9972\u517b\u5ba0\u7269\u7684\u89c4\u7ae0\uff0c\u4f46\u6bcf\u6b21\u90fd\u672a\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u8db3\u591f\u591a\u6570\u4e1a\u4e3b\u652f\u6301\u7968\u6570\u800c\u544a\u5931\u8d25\u3002\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u7269\u4e1a\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u4ee3\u8868\u4e1a\u4e3b\u6cd5\u4eba\u56e2\u4f53<span>(Owners\u2019 Corporate)<\/span>\u5411\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u6c11\u4e8b\u548c\u884c\u653f\u88c1\u5224\u5ead\uff08<span>\u201c NCAT \u201d<\/span>\uff09\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u8981\u6c42\u5224\u4ee4\u539f\u544a\u592b\u5987\u4e0d\u5f97\u7ee7\u7eed\u5728\u5927\u697c\u5185\u9972\u517b\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5ba0\u7269\u72d7\uff0c\u5e76\u8981\u6c42\u5bf9\u539f\u544a\u5904\u4ee5\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5bf9\u7269\u4e1a\u8d77\u8bc9\u7684\u56de\u5e94\uff0c\u539f\u544a\u5411<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">NCAT<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u63d0\u8d77\u53cd\u8bc9\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u8ba4\u5b9a\u5927\u697c\u5b8c\u5168\u7981\u6b62\u4efb\u4f55\u5ba0\u7269\u7684\u89c4\u7ae0\u5c5e\u4e8e<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u5177\u6709\u538b\u8feb\u6027<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">SSMA<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u7b2c<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">139<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u6761\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u800c\u65e0\u6548\u3002\u539f\u544a\u5411<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">NACT<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5ba0\u7269\u72ac\u201c\u5b89\u683c\u65af\u201d\u662f\u4e00\u53ea <\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u8bad\u7ec3\u6709\u7d20\u3001\u7edd\u80b2\u3001\u63a5\u79cd\u75ab\u82d7\u3001\u65e0\u5bc4\u751f\u866b\u3001\u4e0d\u654f\u611f\u6613\u6012\u3001\u4e0d\u6389\u6bdb\u3001\u5bf9\u4eba\u7c7b\u548c\u90bb\u5c45\u975e\u5e38\u53cb\u597d\u3001\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u4e00\u5458\u5e76\u4e14\u5bf9\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u597d\u5904\u3001\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5420\u53eb\u3001\u7ecf\u5e38\u6d17\u6fa1\u3001\u6bcf\u5929\u4f1a\u6563\u6b65\u4e24\u5230\u4e09\u8eba<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u201d<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u7684\u597d\u5ba0\u7269\u72d7\uff0c\u201c\u4ed6\u4e00\u751f\u4e2d\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u65f6\u95f4\u90fd\u6beb\u65e0\u6028\u8a00\u5730\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u516c\u5bd3\u697c\u4e2d\u5b89\u9759\u5730\u751f\u6d3b\u7740\u3002\u201d \u7269\u4e1a\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u5730\u7981\u6b62\u539f\u544a\u62e5\u6709\u548c\u9972\u517b\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4f34\u4fa3\u5ba0\u7269\u72ac\uff0c\u5374\u65e0\u6cd5\u4e3e\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u8bc1\u636e\u8bc1\u660e\u201c\u5b89\u683c\u65af\u201d\u4f1a\u5bf9\u5176\u4ed6\u4e1a\u4e3b\u548c\u5c45\u6c11\u6784\u6210\u4efb\u4f55\u5371\u5bb3\u3001\u6ecb\u6270\u3001\u8d1f\u62c5\u6216\u8005\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u4e5f\u65e0\u6cd5\u8bc1\u660e\u5168\u9762\u5730\u3001\u4e0d\u52a0\u533a\u522b\u6216\u8005\u4f8b\u5916\u5730\u7981\u6b62\u4efb\u4f55\u52a8\u7269\u6216\u8005\u5ba0\u7269\u7684\u9972\u517b\u7ed9\u5927\u697c\u91cc\u5176\u4ed6\u591a\u6570\u7684\u4e1a\u4e3b\u548c\u5c45\u6c11\u5e26\u6765\u8fc7\u4efb\u4f55\u5b9e\u8d28\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u6216\u8005\u597d\u5904\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u5728\u521d\u5ba1\u4e2d<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">NCAT<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u652f\u6301\u4e86\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4e3b\u5f20\uff0c\u8ba4\u5b9a\u7269\u4e1a\u7684\u7981\u6b62\u5ba0\u7269\u9972\u517b\u7684\u89c4\u7ae0\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">SSMA<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u7269\u4e1a\u5411<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">NCAT<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u7684\u4e0a\u8bc9\u590d\u8bae\u5ead\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u590d\u8bae\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u5e76\u8865\u5145\u4e86\u4e00\u6279\u5bf9\u88ab\u544a\u7269\u4e1a\u548c\u4e1a\u4e3b\u6cd5\u4eba\u5b9e\u4f53\u6709\u5229\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u548c\u8fa9\u62a4\u4e3b\u5f20\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5f3a\u8c03\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p><p><span>1<\/span>\uff09\u539f\u544a\u7236\u6bcd\u5728\u8d2d\u4e70\u516c\u5bd3\u5355\u5143\u6210\u4e3a\u4e1a\u4e3b\u524d\u5c31\u77e5\u9053\u6216\u7406\u5e94\u77e5\u9053\u5927\u697c\u5bf9\u5168\u9762\u7981\u6b62\u5ba0\u7269\u9972\u517b\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u539f\u544a\u81ea\u613f\u9075\u5b88\u7269\u4e1a\u6307\u5b9a\u5e76\u5df2\u5b58\u5728\u8d85\u8fc7<span>20<\/span>\u5e74\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u7ae0\u6784\u6210\u5f03\u6743\uff08<span>waiver<\/span>\uff09\u548c\u7981\u6b62\u7ffb\u4f9b<span>(estoppel); <\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p><p><span>2) <\/span>\u867d\u7136\u9972\u517b\u5ba0\u7269\u732b\u72d7\u662f\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u4eba\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u518d\u5e38\u89c1\u4e0d\u8fc7\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4f46\u5168\u9762\u7981\u6b62\u516c\u5bd3\u697c\u5185\u9972\u517b\u5305\u62ec\u732b\u72d7\u9e1f\u9c7c\u5728\u5185\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5ba0\u7269\u6216\u52a8\u7269\u7684\u7269\u4e1a\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u7ae0\u5728\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u5e76\u4e0d\u7f55\u89c1\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u8981\u6c42\u5b89\u9759\u4f11\u606f\u7684\u4e1a\u4e3b\u3001\u4fdd\u62a4\u5b69\u5b50\u4e0d\u88ab\u52a8\u7269\u610f\u5916\u4f24\u5bb3\u7684\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u5bf9\u52a8\u7269\u6bdb\u53d1\u8fc7\u654f\u8005\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u529b\u4f4e\u4e0b\u7684\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u8fd8\u662f\u4e0d\u559c\u6b22\u8d21\u732e\u989d\u5916\u7269\u4e1a\u6210\u672c\u6765\u8d1f\u62c5\u52a8\u7269\u6392\u6cc4\u7269\u6e05\u7406\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u7981\u6b62\u9972\u517b\u5ba0\u7269\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u6b63\u5f53\u4e14\u5408\u7406\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u8bc9\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p><p><span>3<\/span>\uff09\u516c\u5bd3\u697c\u5185\u7684\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4e1a\u4e3b\u5148\u540e\u591a\u6b21\u901a\u8fc7\u6295\u7968\u7ef4\u6301\u4e86\u8fd9\u6761\u5168\u9762\u7981\u6b62\u5ba0\u7269\u7684\u89c4\u7ae0\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u4e1a\u4e3b\u56e2\u4f53\u5927\u591a\u6570\u6210\u5458\u7684\u666e\u904d\u610f\u56fe\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728<span>SSMA<\/span>\u4e0b\u4eab\u6709\u7684\u81ea\u6cbb\u6743\u5229\u548c\u610f\u613f\u5e94\u5f53\u5f97\u5230\u6cd5\u9662\u5c0a\u91cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p><p>\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u4e0a\u8bc9\u590d\u8bae\u5ead\u63a8\u7ffb\u4e86\u521d\u5ba1\u5224\u51b3\uff0c\u6539\u5224\u7981\u6b62\u9972\u517b\u5ba0\u7269\u7684\u89c4\u7ae0\u5408\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u3002\u539f\u544a\u4e0d\u670d\u590d\u8bae\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5168\u6848\u88ab\u4e0a\u8bc9\u81f3\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6cd5\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6cd5\u9662\u7ecf\u8fc7\u8c28\u614e\u63a8\u7406\u540e\u6700\u7ec8\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e00\u63fd\u5b50\u65e0\u6761\u4ef6<\/span><span
